Regarding stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock inconsistency and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase.

How do you ship the parcel?
Packages will be shipped from our warehouses in China, USA, UK and Canada by EMS depending on product weight and volume. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 80 countries around the world. However, there are some sites that we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking information. If you have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "No information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 working days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase.

Replay due to change of opinion
modarabica.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the return request is received by us within 7 days of receiving the item and returning it to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is complete via email.
(modarabica.com) will refund the value of returned merchandise but will not refund any freight paid.
Generally, orders shipped internationally carry a period of 4 to 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping company.

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to provide this service using courier services.
Items not available
If the product is out of stock, we will wait for the product to be available before placing your order. Items in the order will be reserved while waiting for that item.
Exceeded delivery time

Parcels damaged in transit
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the parcel from the shipping company and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered without you, please contact customer service for the next steps.
